We usually reply within 48 hours from Mon – Sun.

How to Book your Services?

Do fill up as much details as possible and we will response within 48 hours.

Sales & Payment.

All sales are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST.
We accept PayNOW, Internet Banking or Cheque to our registered corporate MAYBank Account.

Deposit, Confirmation and Cancellation.

For most shoot, we required a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
And the remaining fees to be paid during or after the event.

The client can postpone or change their date due to unforseen circumstances.
We do allow one change but however this is strictly based on our availabilty.
If the client decide to cancel the event we will have to forfeit the 50% non-refundable retainer.

For shoot less than 48 hours, there will be additional surcharge of $100.
And 100% non-refundable retainer to be paid upfront.

Do you deliver every images you shoot?

Nope. We do not.
For every shot, we always take extra images to make sure we have the best expressions, focus and composition.
Once we are back in our studio, we will eliminate unflattering, duplicate and blur photos. 

Do you provide a makeup artist?

Yes. We do.
We can help to arrange a makeup artist for your shoot at addition charge depending on the type of project.
