Exceptional ability or advanced degree holder

There are some requirements that you must meet if are applying for the National Immigration Worker (NIW) in the category of “exceptional capabilities or advanced degree holders”. Letters of recommendation are required along with evidence of academic excellence. The category of exceptional ability is one that has more stringent eligibility requirements than the baccalaureate classification.
